Start by choosing a listing plan. Our simple profile builder will guide you through entering your information and customizing your page.

Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your listing plan at any time from your account dashboard.

No. We believe in transparent pricing. The annual costs shown for each plan are all you’ll pay. We do offer promotional packages for therapists or practices that want to be shown on top of search results. Choose to upgrade this once you are verified, or contact us for more information. We do reserve the right to increase pricing if deemed necessary.

Under a Free listing, other users may attempt to claim ownership of your profile. While we do our best to verify all claims, upgrading to a Basic Practice Listing ($2/month billed yearly) is the most secure way to maintain full control of your profile.

We do not offer refunds for canceled Basic or Premium subscriptions. To give our paid plans a fair trial, we offer the option to start with a 7-day free trial period.

Yes, you can cancel your paid subscription at any time from your account settings. If you cancel during the free trial, you will not be charged. If you cancel after the free trial, your access to paid features will cease at the end of your current billing cycle. If you are having issues with this, please contact surrport.

You won’t be charged anything, and your account will automatically revert to the Free listing option.

Our 7-day free trial offers ample time to thoroughly assess whether a Basic or Premium listing suits your needs before committing to a paid plan.

After the listing has been approved and live, either an “Upgrade” or a “Switch Plan” button will become available. From here, you can switch between the free, basic, or premium packages.

Absolutely! 

There is a delete button at the bottom of each live listing. 

Please Note: Before deleting your profiles, be sure to lower subscription down to the “Free” listing type.
