    ClarityEase Terms and Conditions

    Welcome to ClarityEase. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the ClarityEase services (“Service”) and any information, text, graphics, or other materials uploaded, downloaded, or appearing on the Service (collectively referred to as “Content”). Your access to and use of the Service are conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.

    1. Acceptance of Terms

    By accessing, browsing, or otherwise using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the Service.

    2. User Conduct and Content

    You agree to comply with all laws and regulations applicable to your use of the Service. You are solely responsible for all Content you contribute, in any manner, to the Service, and you represent and warrant you have all rights necessary to do so, in the manner in which you contribute it. You shall not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

    The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of ClarityEase and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of ClarityEase.

    4. Dispute Resolution

    Mandatory Arbitration

    You agree that any dispute related to these Terms or the Service will be resolved through final and binding arbitration, except as set forth under Exceptions to Agreement to Arbitrate below. Arbitration will be conducted in Palm Harbor, Florida in accordance with the rules of American Arbitration Association.

    Governing Law

    These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Pinellas County, Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

    5. Limitation on Claims

    You agree that any claim you may have arising out of or related to your relationship with ClarityEase must be filed within one (1) year after such claim arose; otherwise, your claim is permanently barred.

    6. Severability

    If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be struck and not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

    7. Comprehensive Agreement

    These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ClarityEase regarding the Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.

    8. Amendments

    We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
